Construction permits are issued in areas where development runoff can harm water resrouces in the Middle Fork Crow Watershed District. To find out if you need a permit type in your address:

The Middle Fork Crow River Watershed is over 275 square miles in area. The river begins in the Belgrade area in Stearns County and winds through north central Kandiyohi County including the cities of New London, Spicer and Atwater and then runs east into Meeker County where it enters the North Fork Crow River at Mannanah

If your organization is interested in obtaining grant funding to implement water quality projects, please fill out and submit our Community Partners Application by April 1st, 2016.
